Sagvika Lodge is idyllically located between the fjord and the mountains in a beautiful Norwegian landscape by the Storfjord, just 30 minutes by car from Ålesund. The cabins are secluded and wooded right by the sea, with spectacular views of the Sunnmøre Alps.

 If you want to fish, Storfjorden is very popular for fishing. We have boats for hire and Sagvika is a registered fishing company. As a guest, you will experience the sound of the waves from the sea, a friendly atmosphere and a high standard in our family-owned cabins, a place where peace and quiet are in focus.

Here you'll find beautiful surroundings with great walks and powerful experiences close by. A trip to Sunnmøre will take you through some of the most beautiful scenery Norway has to offer, including waterfalls, narrow valleys, deep fjords and the mighty pinnacle panorama of the Sunnmøre Alps.

 If you want to explore the surrounding area, we have well-known tourist attractions nearby, including Atlanterhavsparken, Trollstigen. Geiranger and the town of Ålesund itself, a treasure trove of experiences for young and old. A trip to the top of Ålesund's town mountain Aksla and Fjellstua is a must, and perhaps the most important attraction in town. Ålesund also has a fantastic selection of restaurants and eateries that use local produce from the town and region.

In the immediate vicinity, you can hike along forest trails or take a trip to a nearby mountain. You can also take a well-deserved break in the hot tub located right by the sea. You are always welcome to rent kayaks or a boat if you want to explore the area by sea.
